## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Hands-on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)

 * Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework

 * Experience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)

 * Ability to analyze cross-module functional impacts

 * Working knowledge of Workday reporting and data validation

 * Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction

## Description

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits), ensuring stable day-to-day operations and timely resolution of business user issues.
Key Responsibilities

 * Handle functional incidents and service requests, including issue triage and resolution

 * Perform business process and configuration troubleshooting within approved scope

 * Support Workday business cycles (compensation, talent reviews, benefits enrollment)

 * Execute standard configuration changes (BP updates, eligibility rules, validations)

 * Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities

 * Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation
