## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support to end users in both onsite and remote environments. This role requires strong customer service skills, hands-on technical support experience, and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with users while resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment., * Provide desktop and technical support to end users via phone, remote sessions, and in-person assistance.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software systems.
 * Set up and deploy computer equipment, peripherals, and mobile devices.
 * Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, printer, and workstation issues.
 * Document, track, and manage incidents through a ticket management system.
 * Assist with hardware replacements, system migrations, imaging, and deployment activities.
 * Support user account management and basic access-related requests.
 * Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
 * Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware and equipment.
 * Follow established support procedures and service level expectations.
