Sponsorship not available., * 7+ years of experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), or regulatory compliance programs. * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale global compliance or security transformation initiatives. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and compliance management practices. * Advanced Power BI development capabilities, including dashboard design, data modeling, automation, and executive reporting. * Experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable remediation plans and measurable compliance outcomes. * Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international business units and functions. * Strong project management, communication, and executive presentation skills. * Experience driving process improvement and reporting automation initiatives. * Experience with NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar security frameworks. * Background in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity governance, or regulatory compliance programs. * Experience working within multinational organizations operating across European jurisdictions. * PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar certifications. ## Description We are seeking an experienced NIS2 Project Manager to lead a large-scale compliance transformation initiative focused on achieving and maintaining alignment with the European Union's Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2). This role requires a strong blend of program management, cybersecurity compliance expertise, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on reporting automation capabilities.
