## Description

TurnKey Corrections is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Hardware Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, peripheral devices, and related systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., * Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware equipment.

 * Replace defective components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards
 * Perform hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance
 * Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
 * Ensure equipment complies with company standards and security policies
 * Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to resolve technical issues
