This role combines application support, business analysis, troubleshooting, system administration, healthcare workflow analysis, vendor coordination, and technical support. The strongest candidates will have direct experience supporting EHR or Practice Management systems in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting, along with strong Windows, cloud, ticketing, and healthcare-integration experience.
