## Description

The PC Support Technician performs duties related to Help-desk functions, PC hardware maintenance/repair, MS software installation/support, printer repair, and systems support. Works closely with department staff for network support. Work is of a high confidential nature. Builds knowledge of end-users by creating and delivering written and multi-media presentations and educational programs. Performs other work as required to support the department and Granville Health System.
