## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data transformation
 * Experience with MDM projects involving:

 * Product Master
 * Customer Master
 * Supplier Master
 * Manufacturing and/or Retail industry experience
 * Hands-on or project exposure to one or more MDM platforms:

 * SAP MDG
 * Oracle MDM
 * Informatica MDM
 * Stibo
 * Syndigo
 * Strong knowledge of one or more Domain Masters:

 * Product
 * Customer
 * Supplier
 * Operations
 * People
 * Ability to apply MDM frameworks during the discovery phase
 * Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality strategies
 * Experience with Project Management
 * Ability to provide MDM subject matter expertise in client engagements
 * Experience advising clients on best-of-breed MDM process and technology solutions
 * Experience shaping solution approaches, architecture, and design
 * Experience with delivery oversight, governance, and large-scale transformation programs
 * Strong consulting skills with a focus on business value realization
 * Experience providing Program Management leadership or guidance
 * Ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformation initiatives
 * Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
 * Ability to work with Program and Business Leadership stakeholders
 * Strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving mindset

 * Formal project management experience covering:

 * Budgeting
 * Planning
 * Risk Management
 * Program Governance
 * Large-scale enterprise MDM transformation programs
 * Manufacturing/Retail domain transformation
 * MDM strategy and roadmap development
 * Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks
 * Consulting-led transformation initiatives
 * Thought leadership, publications, reusable assets, and solution accelerators
 * Experience engaging with senior executives and business leadership
 * Ability to drive innovation and identify business-value opportunities

Education

 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
