## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or web application development.
 * Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
 * Proficiency with Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework.
 * Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs.
 * Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser behavior, and responsive design.
 * Experience with backend development in at least one modern language or framework.
 * Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and common data modeling concepts.
 * Experience with Git-based development workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
 * Understanding of software testing principles and automated testing tools.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or a similar backend framework.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or another production database.
 * Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.
 * Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, or observability tools.
 * Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
 * Experience working with OpenAPI or similar API documentation standards.
 * Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
 * Experience working in a product-focused Agile environment.

## Description

* Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
 * Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
 * Design data flows and application architecture that support reliability, scalability, and security.
 * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features end to end.
 * Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
 * Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
 * Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
 * Create and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend components.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and iterative delivery.
 * Stay current with modern web development practices and recommend improvements to tools and processes., * You deliver end-to-end features that are reliable, maintainable, and intuitive for users.
 * You contribute positively to engineering standards, code quality, and team velocity.
 * You identify risks early and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * You help improve the performance, security, accessibility, and scalability of the applications you support.
