## About the Role

* Strong project management experience
 * Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, * Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt
 * Experience serving as a Scrum Master in addition to project management
 * Experience in large, enterprise-level environments
 * Experience supporting eCommerce applications or initiatives

## Description

* Accountable for delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
 * Owns planning, execution, tracking, and successful completion of multiple initiatives
 * Manages projects across the full lifecycle: concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up
 * This person can sit either in Chicago, Illinois or Peoria, Illinois, * Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and overall project plans
 * Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate work across business and engineering
 * Track project performance using metrics, reports, dashboards, and project management tools
 * Manage change requests and update schedules to reflect scope, cost, timeline, and impact
 * Monitor risks and issues; communicate status, problems, and corrective actions proactively
 * Recommend solutions and alternatives to keep projects on track
 * Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and delivery dates

Team & Work Environment

 * Partner with Product Owners from both business and engineering
 * Work across multiple teams and functional disciplines
 * Manage 2-3 projects at a time
 * Annual project volume: approximately 8-10 projects (or aligned to agile sprint cycles)
 * Project complexity ranges from challenging to very challenging

Contributions

 * Lead delivery of software solutions that integrate shared services and enterprise systems
 * Support application integrations with modern digital platform capabilities
 * Ensure solutions follow best practices in architecture, security, and scalability
