* Expérience en déploiement de solutions logicielles chez des clients (idéalement multi-sites)
 * Solides connaissances en systèmes Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
 * Maîtrise des réseaux informatiques (TCP/IP, routage, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi)
 * Capacité à diagnostiquer des problématiques multi-couches (logiciel / OS / réseau / matériel)

Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais et en espagnol à l'écrit et à l'oral. L'espagnol est un plus., * Excellent relationnel, très orienté client

 * Sens du service et pédagogie client
 * Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes
 * Autonomie forte en intervention client
 * Capacité à gérer la pression (mise en production, clients en attente), * Anglais (Requis)
 * Espagnol (Requis)

## Description

* Installer, configurer et déployer des solutions logicielles complètes (logiciel + matériel) chez les clients
 * Assurer la mise en production (paramétrage, tests, validation client) des solutions
 * Former les utilisateurs et accompagner la prise en main opérationnelle
 * Assurer le support technique post-déploiement
 * Préparer, configurer et tester les équipements (PC, périphériques, réseaux, bornes…)
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques (logiciels, systèmes, réseaux)
 * Rédiger des procédures techniques et comptes rendus d'intervention
 * Être force de proposition pour améliorer les process de déploiement.

Ce poste implique des déplacements fréquents (+ de 50% du temps), en France et à l'international.
