Ideally experience in Production Planning, Scheduling or Material planning. * Candidates must be highly self-motivated individuals possessing strong communication skills * Candidates should possess the desire to be a future leader * Candidates should aspire to gain exposure to multiple facets of business to better acquire an appropriate foundation of knowledge * Candidates must operate with a high level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed * Candidates should provide evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust * Candidates should have a history of consistently demonstrating innovative thinking, We consider an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. ## Description The Mobility Operations Rotational Program is for recent college graduates to rotate through several departments to gain exposure within different parts of the business for the first three years of their career. Upon completion of the program, you will have developed a broad set of technical skills while providing solutions to projects across the organization. These rotational roles may require the selected candidate to relocate and/or travel for their position. The program is currently looking for an individual focused on digitalization and automation. This role will focus on improving business processes and performance through data analysis and problem-solving. Through collaboration with various teams across our manufacturing plants, you will analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results. After development, you will then spend time across various functions including manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, engineering, etc. to implement these tools and drive their adaptation.
