Skills and Abilities: * Write maintenance reports, safety updates, and replacement requirements; * Ability to effectively use electronic fleet management softer to perform job duties; * Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; * Perform basic arithmetic calculations; * Delegate assignments and coordinate activities; * Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; * Maintain confidentiality of information; * Model strong work ethics and maintain and team-oriented environment; * Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; * Prepare routine reports and correspondence; * Operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer and related software applications; * Good communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, supervisor, management, Council members, and the public. Have ability to sufficiently exchange or convey information and receive verbal and written work instructions. Education, Certifications and Experience Required High School Diploma or GED, understanding of preventative vehicle maintenance; and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. AND * Experience in maintaining records and implementing maintenance procedures preferred. Special Requirements: * Excel Spreadsheets experience required; * Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License; * This position will require the incumbent to work non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends. ## Description The Fleet Services Support Specialist schedules preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs on tribal owned vehicles, and equipment. The incumbent will also process all maintenance documentation into the vehicle and maintenance tracking software, approves requests, schedule motor pool vehicle use, monitor and maintain fuel card record usage, repair cost documentation, and issues monthly report to government departments.
