This individual will lead solution design, guide the delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, and provide technical leadership to teams supporting lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, seller productivity, and emerging AI-enabled experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise with experience leading enterprise-scale implementations, driving engineering best practices, mentoring developers, and partnering with product, business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders. This role will influence platform direction, oversee technical execution, support integration and data design decisions, and identify opportunities to use Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein, to improve business outcomes and user experience.
