Preferred Skills and Experience * Direct IBM TRIRIGA experience, particularly with forms and form layout, state actions, smart sections, query sections, multi-tab sections, data exchanges, synchronous and asynchronous workflows, security roles, portals and portal sections, navigation items and collections, and the Object Migration tool. * Experience on a TRIRIGA platform upgrade or migration. * Experience developing and implementing automation and efficiency tools. * Familiarity with BIRT or comparable embedded reporting tooling. * Federal real property domain knowledge - real property inventory and reporting, occupancy agreements, reimbursable work authorizations, capital investment planning, space utilization measurement. * Awareness of CAD integration in a computer-aided facilities management context. * Experience authoring privacy documentation such as Privacy Threshold Analyses or Privacy Impact Assessments, ideally within DHS. * Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements as they apply to documentation and system output. * Experience with an agile or release-based delivery cadence with a separate development contractor.
