## About the Role

* 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic switch/router troubleshooting).
 * Experience with VoIP systems (provisioning, call routing, number porting) strongly preferred.
 * Familiarity with copier/MFP network configuration (Ricoh experience a plus) or willingness to learn quickly.
 * Comfortable working both independently and alongside field technicians and customer IT staff.
 * Strong communication and customer-facing troubleshooting skills.
 * Valid driver's license; some local travel to customer sites may be required.

## Description

Preferred Business Systems is looking for a technically sharp support technician to bridge our Copier and MSP/IT divisions. This person will keep our VoIP environment running smoothly, configure and troubleshoot network-connected Ricoh devices, support field technicians, and work directly with customers and their IT teams to resolve connectivity issues., * Manage and support VoIP services, including user setup, phone provisioning, call routing, number porting, and troubleshooting.

 * Configure Ricoh copiers for network printing, scanning, scan-to-email, and other network functions.
 * Install, configure, and support software solutions associated with Ricoh multifunction devices.
 * Manage and troubleshoot the EKM DCA device monitoring software.
 * Assist field technicians with network, printing, scanning, and software-related issues.
 * Work directly with customers and their IT departments to troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
 * Assist with new installations, customer migrations, and technical project planning.
