* Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support.

 * Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand, Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.

* Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
 * Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
 * Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
