IT/Network certifications helpful but not required. A+ certification preferred. Specialized IT education/training required. Experience with banking programs; Laser/Deposit Pro, EZ Teller, EZ ID, Fiserv and Premier UI a plus but not required. We are currently looking for a full time IT Specialist to join our team and support our company operations. This is a well-rounded role with responsibilities to assist with Network issues, Administration and Maintenance/User Support, Telecommunications, Security and Vulnerability Management, and Deposit Operations support. The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users serving as the internal help desk to field questions regarding hardware/software installation, inventory management, systems monitoring, troubleshoot problems ensuring security measures and backup procedures are in place. Position will be responsible for creating, tracking, and closing of tickets, updating logs related to system permissions and incidents, and creation and retention of security reports. In addition, there will be site visits to branch locations to handle user requests related to installations, software issues, and equipment failures.
