## About the Role

Have earned a high school diploma or GED
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering or Business Analytics from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project

## Description

At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:
Develop, maintain and unit test application enhancements for custom and vendor-supplied applications
Collaborate with business unit representatives, system analysts and application development colleagues to understand, estimate and prioritize application enhancements
Documenting improvements in accordance with standard departmental practices
Communicate with software vendors to request enhancements of out of the box solutions when appropriate
Work within different development methodologies (agile, waterfall)
Participate in team meetings
Contribute and research ideas for continuous improvement opportunity pipeline of applications within the engineering solutions portfolio
