Required Technical Skills * Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and Bash or shell scripting, with experience using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Identity and Access Management. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based database design and performance optimization. * Experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Git and automated deployment or infrastructure-management tools. * Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing, as well as production debugging, logging, monitoring, Prometheus, and Grafana. This role reports to a Manager of Software Engineering and partners with Product Management, Architecture, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications.
