This Staff Solutions Engineer will serve as the trusted technical advisor for Eastern's Dealer Channel, partnering with Regional Channel Managers to develop winning technical strategies and deliver industry-leading communications solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills and enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, learning new technologies, collaborating across disciplines, and translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions., Sales & Customer Engagement * Partner with Regional Channel Managers to develop technical sales strategies. * Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. * Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops to drive sales enablement. Solution Design * Develop integrated solutions using P25, DMR, LTE/FirstNet, microwave, dispatch consoles, IP networking, and related technologies. * Develop quotations, Bills of Material (BOMs), system drawings, and technical documentation. * Perform RF propagation studies and coverage analysis. * Provide technical support to Dealers in responses for RFPs, ensuring compliant, competitive, and compelling submissions.
