## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of experience supporting EHR/EMR or healthcare applications.
 * Experience with HL7 and healthcare/clinical systems.
 * Experience with system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
 * Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA and IT security practices.
 * Healthcare IT, hospital, or medical clinic experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent healthcare IT experience may be considered.

## Description

* Support, configure, and troubleshoot EHR/EMR and Practice Management systems.
 * Work with clinical, business, technical, and development teams to gather requirements.
 * Support HL7 integrations and resolve system/interface issues.
 * Troubleshoot application, Windows, cloud, and technical issues.
 * Coordinate with software vendors and internal development teams.
 * Manage system updates, patches, backups, and data integrity.
 * Create and manage technical issues/tickets using JIRA/Ivanti.
 * Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Support end users and assist with EHR training.
 * Follow HIPAA and IT security best practices.
 * Use tools such as REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and troubleshooting.
