In this role, the successful candidate will guide and coach an Agile software development team in applying Agile principles and best practices. Responsibilities include facilitating key Scrum events such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while proactively identifying and removing impediments that may impact team progress. The Scrum Master will also collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate epics, user stories, and other backlog items into clear, actionable tasks for software developers, helping the team effectively plan, prioritize, and execute work throughout each sprint. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate should also can build and maintain strong working relationships with peers, Product Owners, software developers, and other technical staff across the program.
