EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred * ServiceNow testing/ATF training or certification is a plus * U.S. Citizenship is required * Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one ## Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer to join our team supporting federal government clients. The ServiceNow Test Engineer will be responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and reliability of ServiceNow applications throughout the development lifecycle. This role works closely with developers, business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test scenarios, identify and track defects, and ensure solutions are ready for production deployment.
