The impact you'll make This position will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of Global Planning & Operations and digital business transformation initiatives across the organization. The Director will lead transformational programs that enhance scalability, improve forecast-to-fulfillment execution, and strengthen customer experience in a highly dynamic semiconductor environment. What you'll do Digital Transformation Leadership * Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for digital transformation across order management, planning, and fulfillment. * Drive adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and workflow technologies to improve operational performance and decision-making. * Partner with IT and business leaders to define technology priorities, investment plans, and transformation strategies. * Influence cross-functional decision-making by representing the perspective, needs, and priorities of the business. * Champion data governance, business process standardization, and enterprise-wide process integration. * Establish KPIs and governance models to measure transformation success and operational effectiveness. Analytics & Executive Insights * Develop operational dashboards and executive reporting capabilities. * Leverage advanced analytics to drive demand prioritization, customer segmentation, backlog optimization, and fulfillment performance. * Deliver actionable insights regarding customer commitments, capacity utilization, inventory exposure, revenue risks, and operational trends. * Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on business intelligence and operational data.
