Preferred Attributes: * Comfortable working hands-on with large production equipment in a lab or test environment. * Able to balance structured test planning with day-to-day troubleshooting and shifting engineering priorities. * Detail-oriented, with strong ownership of test execution, data integrity, and follow-through. * Able to lead without direct authority by coordinating technicians, operators, and engineering partners. * Curious, practical, and persistent in understanding how complex systems behave under real operating conditions. ## Description The role supports the development, validation, and lifecycle management of Xerox production inkjet products and systems. This role is focused on system-level testing of production inkjet presses, with responsibility for developing test strategies, exercising press functionality, collecting and analyzing reliability data, and supporting engineering change validation. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to plan and execute system test activity, retrofit new hardware, support engineering try-outs, track press volume, and report product performance, reliability, and issue trends.
