## About the Role

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance at the time of hire.

Must be IAT Level II compliant, example possess a current CompTIA Sec+ CE or equivalent.
\n

At least eight years of military, federal government, or defense-contractor experience supporting enterprise IT, communications, mission systems, or comparable operational environments, including experience in or directly supporting Capital Region missions.
\n

Demonstrated experience applying systems-engineering principles across requirements analysis, solution design, integration, implementation, verification, sustainment, or service improvement.
\n

 * \n
Working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, end-user services, cybersecurity, service management, and operational support dependencies.
\n

Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination, deliver executive and technical communications, and translate mission needs into actionable requirements, support models, and measurable acceptance criteria.
\n

Experience coordinating service-level agreements, memoranda of agreement or understanding, service-cost estimates, or comparable customer-provider commitments.
\n

Experience with IT service-management practices, including service catalogs, request fulfillment, incident and problem management, change enablement, and continual improvement.

Ability to assess technical and operational risks, evaluate alternatives, identify root causes, and develop practical corrective actions. .

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, interdependent actions, and time-sensitive customer or leadership requirements.
