 * Support the analysis of potential false alarms to help reduce inconvenience for customers.
 * Contribute to the development of new fraud prevention strategies for different risk levels.
 * Assist in the review of existing fraud prevention strategies to ensure they are still effective.
 * Help evaluate current communication methods to identify what works well and what could be better.
 * Support projects aimed at automating tasks using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting.
 * Assist in building automations using Power Automate to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
 * Help identify opportunities across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce the need for more resources.
 * Explore the existing capabilities of our technology and learn how data can be used to improve performance.
