The Performance Management team is seeking a highly analytical, action-oriented, and collaborative Manager to help drive improvements across Wayfair's global transportation and delivery network. In this role, you will lead the mechanisms used to understand network performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and translate complex operational data into clear insights and actions for senior leaders and cross-functional partners. The Performance Management team is responsible for providing end-to-end visibility into transportation performance and ensuring the organization can quickly identify where the network is performing well, where it is falling short, and why. The team owns key performance metrics and recurring business reviews, conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, and partners closely with Operations, Carrier Management, Data Intelligence, Product, and Technology teams to improve performance, strengthen analytical capabilities, and drive better customer outcomes. What You'll Do * Lead a team of analysts responsible for performance management across Wayfair's global transportation network. * Own weekly and monthly business reviews, translating performance trends into clear insights, root causes, and actions for leaders. * Lead strategic analytics initiatives and team roadmaps, from problem identification through implementation and measurement of results. * Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reporting to generate actionable insights. * Build, operationalize, and iterate on key performance metrics and dashboards to communicate insights from analyses to stakeholders and leaders. * Build strong partnerships and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enable consistency in programs with peers. * Build and leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, streamline recurring workflows, and improve the scalability of the team's work., All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity.
