Experience: Five years of administrative staff or professional work. Notes: 1. Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications. * Possession of at least two years of professional experience producing multi-channel communications, which must include hands-on experience using graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or Canva) to design print and digital assets, conducting minor video editing, preparing print-ready files for vendors, and copywriting for promotional materials. * Possession of at least two years of professional experience managing an organizational or government social media presence, including maintaining content calendars, analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy, and applying ADA/WCAG accessibility standards (including PDF remediation in Adobe Acrobat). LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland. ## Description Serves as the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer for the Office of Communications and Outreach at the Department of Social and Economic Mobility.
