This individual would be responsible for supporting and delivering customer implementations, post-sales, for Elsevier's higher education products, including Interfolio and Pure. This role works directly with higher education and research institutions to deliver successful software implementations that streamline academic workflows, research management, and data-driven decision-making. You will act as a trusted partner to customers-guiding them through onboarding, configuration, data integration, and adoption-while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals developing expertise in project delivery, client engagement, and technical implementation.
