## About the Role

* Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education).
 * Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling.
 * Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC
 * Must be at least 21 years of age.
 * Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.

## Description

* Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
 * Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
 * Attend weekly clinical supervision.
 * Coordinates multifamily/group/family education groups.
 * Participate in staff training, as needed.
 * On call/weekend coverage, as needed.
