## About the Role

* 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, product research, document processing, or a related field
 * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
 * Strong internet research and information verification skills
 * Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
 * Ability to follow written procedures, naming conventions, and escalation processes
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting high-volume data entry or product information projects
 * Experience handling digital assets, images, or documentation records
 * Familiarity with Jira or Agile project environments
 * Associate degree or relevant college coursework preferred

## Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented IT Data Coordinator to support a large-scale data and product information project within their IT organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data entry, process-driven work, and ensuring information accuracy. You'll be responsible for researching products, gathering and organizing product images and information, and submitting records into internal systems while maintaining a high level of quality and data integrity. This is a 6-week contract with possibility for extension!, * Research products using manufacturer websites and approved sources

 * Validate product information including name, brand, form, strength, size, and related attributes
 * Locate, download, and organize product packaging, label, and ingredient images
 * Follow established naming conventions, documentation standards, and work instructions
 * Review internal systems to avoid duplicate product submissions
 * Create and submit product records using internal request workflows
 * Upload supporting product images and verify completeness of submissions
 * Track completed work, exceptions, and pending items in project trackers
 * Escalate missing information, conflicting product data, duplicate records, or uncertain matches
 * Maintain data quality standards and productivity goals throughout the project
 * Adhere to SOPs, privacy requirements, and departmental procedures
