If you enjoy solving meaningful business problems, influencing purchasing decisions, and working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, we'd love to meet you., * 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role. * Experience within healthcare technology, rehabilitation software, EHR, practice management, billing, or related healthcare SaaS environments. * Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including claims processing, reimbursement workflows, payer interactions, denials management, and billing operations. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience designing and presenting customized software demonstrations and technical solutions. * Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and technologies, with the ability to apply AI capabilities to improve workflows, customer experiences, and business outcomes. * Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and consultative communication skills. * Ability to build credibility with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and prospect engagements. ## Description Join Ensora Health as a Solutions Engineer supporting Fusion, our industry-leading rehabilitation therapy platform.
