The role ensures critical spare parts requirements are accurately identified, procured, and managed to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations., * Collecting and analyzing equipment data for new and existing projects to develop and maintain equipment Bills of Material (BOMs) in SAP. * Determining appropriate spare parts requirements and recommended stocking quantities in accordance with approved sparing philosophies, operational requirements, and industry best practices. * Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure maintenance, reliability, and operational requirements are incorporated into provisioning strategies. * Supporting the development of spare parts cost estimates for new project opportunities. Activities must be completed within project schedules and budget constraints to support successful plant start-up and long-term operational reliability. This role contributes directly to inventory optimization, cost savings, asset reliability, and downtime mitigation through effective spare parts planning and SAP master data management.
