## About the Role

+ 2-4 years IT experience
 + Microsoft stack experience preferred (O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD, Teams, as well as Windows Server)
 + Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
 + Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
 + MSP experience preferred
 + Familiarity with ConnectWise solutions preferred
 + AWS experience preferred
 + Strong positive mentality, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

What You'll Do:

 + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with operating systems, VOIP, O365/Active Directory, AWS, and more!
 + Support client hardware and software in a wide variety of end user environments
 + Use backup and recovery software and methodologies and basic firewall functions
 + Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
 + Use a ticketing system to manage client issues and accurate documentation
