## About the Role

* BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture Required
 * Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore Required
 * Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods

 * Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written Required
 * Understand construction documents Required
 * Demonstrate strong communication skills Required
 * Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Required
 * Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices Preferred
 * Experience in Prefab Software ICE- DIRTT Environmental Solutions

## Description

Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within
budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position
that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work
toward a successful team experience., * Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer's project

 * budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
 * Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry
 * along with project management assist.
 * Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
 * Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project
 * management, order management, and delivery/installation.
 * Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
 * Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation,
 * negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization
 * Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE
 * Experience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP
 * consultants.
 * Other duties as assigned
