## About the Role

We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project analysis, customer communications, and bilingual Japanese translation and a proven ability to deliver accurate analysis, support cross-functional initiatives, and manage customer-facing content., * Native-level Japanese with business proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. English proficiency required.

 * Detail orientation and accuracy in analysis and communications.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
 * Up to two years of related experience.

Preferred Skills:

 * Knowledge of the assigned business line or functional area. Financial services experience is not required.
 * Well-developed organizational and analytical skills and basic project management knowledge.
 * Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data to support decisions.
 * Experience with customer communications and stakeholder coordination.

## Description

* Provide project and analytical support across the assigned business line or functional area.
 * Conduct research, analysis, review, and monitoring of new or revised products and services.
 * Serve as a liaison with cross-functional partners and coordinate project deliverables.
 * Translate and localize Japanese-language content, both written and spoken, for customer communications and internal use.
 * Assess quarterly onboarding surveys and categorize Japanese-language responses to enable analysis.
 * Support improvements to Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials.
 * Distribute customer email communications, including webinar invitations, follow-ups, and outreach emails.
 * Receive, acknowledge, route, and track customer tax forms with Tax Operations and conduct follow-ups.
 * Perform data analysis and prepare findings and recommendations.
 * Edit and review customer-facing collateral for accuracy and clarity.
 * Conduct post-distribution monitoring and reporting for customer email campaigns.
 * Handle and process customer correspondences with professionalism and accuracy.
