As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you'll bring hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems. You'll team up with engineering, product, architecture, and platform partners to design and build scalable, cloud-native services that power Salesforce's AI Trust and Governance mission. As a senior/lead IC, you'll set the technical direction, mentor engineers, tackle thorny technical challenges, and raise the bar for the whole team. If you're well-versed and passionate about Core and near-Core systems, systems programming, and building highly concurrent, highly scalable, resilient systems, this is the team for you.
