## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in large, complex multi-phase system implementations (tax, financial, or enterprise platforms preferred).
 * 3-5+ years of Scrum Master experience in software development environments.
 * Proven success leading Agile transformations and transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.
 * Experience managing dependencies for large-scale enterprise implementations.
 * Strong technical background; prior software development experience is highly preferred.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience in Public Sector, Tax, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
 * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
 * Experience with COTS product implementations.
 * Knowledge of data integration, conversion, migration, and data quality management.
 * Experience serving as both a Scrum Master and Software Developer.

## Description

* Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
 * Coach and mentor teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.
 * Act as a liaison between the Agile team, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
 * Identify and remove impediments, including integration and vendor-related blockers.
 * Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and process improvements.
 * Track dependencies and ensure transparent communication across teams.
