Preferred Skills & Certifications: * Organizational Change Management education related to ERP implementations. * Experience with Workday Financials, Supply Chain Implementation, or similar Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. * Project Management expertise with relevant Project Management Institute certifications. * Experience in large, decentralized public sector organizations. * Familiarity with the City of Philadelphia or related areas. Special Considerations: * Must handle sensitive data with confidentiality. * Work involves coordination with multiple stakeholders across departments. * Hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia, PA. ## Description The Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead is responsible for preparing assigned departments and their stakeholders for the successful implementation of the OPAL Project. This role involves facilitating readiness activities, assessing deployment preparedness, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies within the organization.
