What Sets You Apart: * Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or HP ALM is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently. * Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments. ## Description 1.
