This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys investigating production issues, partnering with business users, and delivering code fixes and enhancements in a fast-paced environment., Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for critical business applications, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of production issues. Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide ongoing systems guidance. Perform root-cause analysis of application, data, and integration issues and implement sustainable solutions. Develop, test, and deploy application fixes, enhancements, and minor features using Java and Spring-based technologies.
