Nice-to-Have Skills * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience with BI tools such as Strategy or MicroStrategy. * AWS or Azure cloud experience where GCP is not available. * Experience in HR Data environments. * Experience working across multiple Data domains. Experience * 7+ years of professional experience preferred. * Strong Medior candidates with 5+ years can also be considered. * Senior Data Product Owner experience is strongly preferred. Languages * English - fluent and mandatory * French OR Dutch - required ## Description We are looking for a Senior Data Product Owner to join the data organization of a leading international retail organization and take ownership of an HR-focused Data Product. You will act as the key link between HR business stakeholders and technical Data teams, translating business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements. You will contribute to the progressive implementation of a Data Mesh approach while ensuring that data products deliver meaningful business value. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Engineers and other stakeholders.
