## Description

* Build a comprehensive, actionable project plan for the 2027 automation execution, defining milestones, resource allocation, risk matrices, and governance structure.
 * Conduct a deep-dive inventory detailing critical inter-application dependencies, integration points, and deployment order requirements across the application ecosystem.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure and disaster recovery teams to ensure automation pipelines maintain zero-downtime capabilities and robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards.
 * Engage CISO and compliance stakeholders to integrate automated security checks (DevSecOps, NIS2 alignment, GDPR, access governance) into the deployment design.
 * Author a clear financial and operational business case (CapEx/OpEx, ROI, efficiency gains, risk reduction) to present to executive stakeholders
