Additional comments ## Description & their impActs IN The earth sYstem), we are working to better understand the interactions between aerosols and clouds and their impact on the climate. This would help reduce uncertainties in climate forecasts and better assess the effects of aerosols on atmospheric systems. The postdoctoral researcher's mission will be to develop and improve the WRF-Chem model of aerosol-cloud interactions in the Arctic region. The goal will be to analyze their impact on the Arctic climate, thereby reducing uncertainties in climate projections. - Development and improvement of WRF-Chem simulations for modeling aerosols and clouds in the Arctic region. - Analysis of the interactions between aerosols, clouds, and climate using data from the simulations. - Validation of the models using observational data, satellite data, and field campaign data. - Investigation of the effects of aerosols on cloud microphysics and climate feedbacks. - Publication of research results in scientific journals and presentations at conferences. - Collaboration with interdisciplinary research teams as part of the CERTAINTY project. - Optimization and documentation of modeling configurations for future climate studies. ## Related Videos - [Running Secure Life Science Research at Scale using Hybrid GPU HPC and Kubernetes 🧬](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100355-running-secure-life-science-research-at-scale-using-hybrid-gpu-hpc-and-kubernetes) - [Old tools, new tricks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1916-old-tools-new-tricks) - [Possibilities with Web Capabilities](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1575-possibilities-with-web-capabilities) - [Strange New Worlds: shaping the future of the digital age](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/677-strange-new-worlds-shaping-the-future-of-the-digital-age) - [MCP doesn’t suck — your agent does](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100202-mcp-doesn-t-suck-your-agent-does) - [Geometric deep learning for drug discovery](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/264-geometric-deep-learning-for-drug-discovery) ## Related Articles - [Average Salary in France](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/269-average-salary-in-france) - [Guide for Expats Living in France](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/305-guide-for-expats-living-in-france) - [Top 6 Hackathons for Developers in 2023](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/263-top-6-hackathons-for-developers-in-2023) - [Data Analyst Salary in Switzerland](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/276-data-analyst-salary-in-switzerland) - [Best Companies to Work For in France: Top 25 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/189-best-companies-to-work-for-in-france-top-25-companies-in-2023) - [Best Companies to Work For in Paris: Top 25 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/190-best-companies-to-work-for-in-paris-top-25-companies-in-2023)
