## About the Role

* Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Informatica, Computer Science, Information Security Management, Integrale Veiligheid of vergelijkbaar, bij voorkeur met specialisatie in cybersecurity.
 * Kennis van (Cloud) IT-infrastructuur of on-prem infrastructuur.
 * Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
 * Kennis van en ervaring met security normen zoals BIO, VIR-BI, ISO27001 en NIS2.
 * Ervaring met ITIL en Agile/Scrum methodieken.
 * In het bezit van minimaal één van de volgende certificeringen: CISSP, CISM, CISA of vergelijkbaar.
 * Aantoonbare ervaring in informatiebeveiliging in een rol als business of technical information security officer, informatiemanager, security engineer of security analist.
 * Ervaring opgedaan binnen centrale of lokale overheid en daarnaast in sectoren als banking, retail, luchtvaart, telecom of andere kritieke industrieën.
 * Proactieve houding, verbindend vermogen en commerciële vaardigheden.
 * Uitgebreide kennis van security awareness.
 * Analytisch sterk en in staat om te adviseren.

## Description

Als Technical Information Security Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van het technisch informatiebeveiligingsbeleid binnen diverse organisaties in zowel de publieke als private sector. Je vertaalt richtlijnen en standaarden zoals NIS2, ISO, BIO en NIST naar praktische en effectieve beveiligingsmaatregelen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders, waaronder ontwikkelaars, afdelingshoofden en programmamanagers, om risico's te identificeren en te beheersen. Je adviseert proactief over technische risico's bij nieuwe en bestaande ICT-initiatieven, coördineert uitwijktesten, beheert continuïteitsplannen en stuurt penetratietesten aan. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het opstellen van rapportages en het inrichten van controls, en sta je paraat bij calamiteiten. Je krijgt veel ruimte om te pionieren, te leren en je expertise in te zetten op uitdagende opdrachten.
