## Description

L'entité GM AP Booking EQD assure le maintien en condition opérationnel, l'évolution et les mises en production (implémentation, automatisation, documentation) de 3 applications majeures

II. Missions :

· Mise en place et validation des évolutions applicatives, d'infrastructure et de sécurité sur un environnement de test dédié (Staging/UAT) et sur la Production.

· Suivi des projets business et infrastructure en relation avec les entités Projet (Développement et Business Analyse), Support Fonctionnel et Infrastructure.

· Analyse, mise en place et validation des évolutions applicatives, d'infrastructure et de sécurité sur un environnement de test dédié et sur la Production.

· Automatisation des assistances récurrentes et implémentation d'outils facilitant le support et l'évolution des applications.

· Contribution à l'évolution de l'architecture des applications afin d'améliorer la qualité de service rendue aux utilisateurs.

· Mise en place ou amélioration du monitoring

· Gestion du risque opérationnel lié aux changements applicatifs ou infrastructure.

· Documentation des processus applicatifs et création de procédures d'exploitations.

· Assurance du support technique des applications (environ 30%) au sein d'une entité organisée autour de 3 sites

· Mise en place et suivi des plans d'actions pour éviter la réapparition des problèmes.

· Contribution à la rotation des astreintes 24/7

· Contribution aux opérations exceptionnelles le weekend (test DRP/PRA, mise en Production applicative et migration infrastructure)
