## About the Role

* Immatrikulation im Studium (Bachelor/Master), idealerweise in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliches.
 * Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Interesse an Prozessbegleitung von Kunden und Prozessoptimierung.
 * Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere M365.
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kommunikations- und Kollaborationstools sind von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.

* Unterstützung des Teams im Bereich Software Management im operativen Tagesgeschäft
 * Pflege von Outlook-Postkörben
 * Wartung und Pflege des Softwarebestandes der Allianz in Deutschland
 * Beratung von Softwareverantwortlichen zur Einhaltung und Durchführung von Prozessen
 * Unterstützung bei Prozess-Kommunikation im Allianz-Intranet
 * Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung der internen Prozesse
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung.
