Du bewegst dich sicher auf allen Managementebenen, bringst Struktur in komplexe Situationen und schaffst Orientierung - idealerweise im Automotive R&D Umfeld.
Aufgaben

 * Trusted Advisor: Du bist Sparring-Partner für das Management und technische Entscheider und gibst ihnen Orientierung.
 * Umsetzung ermöglichen: Du konzipierst und initiierst Transformations- und Entwicklungsprogramme beim Kunden.
 * Verantwortung übernehmen: Du bist verantwortlich für komplexe Beratungsprojekte im Automotive-Umfeld und steuerst diese end-to-end.
 * Analysieren & verstehen: Du strukturierst und abstrahierst komplexe Ausgangssituationen (Organisation, Prozesse, Technologien) und leitest fundierte Erkenntnisse ab.
 * Zukunft gestalten: Du entwickelst Zielbilder, Strategien und Roadmaps.
 * Consulting weiterentwickeln: Du bringst dich aktiv in den Ausbau unseres Consulting-Bereichs ein.
