Agile Praxis: Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten (Scrum/Kanban) sowie im routinierten Umgang mit Jira & Confluence zur Anforderungserfassung und Story-Erstellung mit.
Projektleitungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung von internationalen IT- oder Prozess-Rollouts im Logistik- / Industrieumfeld zeichnen dich aus
Kommunikation & Methoden: Starkes Anforderungs- und Prozessmanagement, interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Sprachen & Flexibilität: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch für die internationale Zusammenarbeit sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen runden dein Profil ab.
